**THE ROLE**

As a **GC&E Coordinator** , you will play a key role in supporting the Group, Conference & Events team by delivering exceptional service standards and maximizing revenue opportunities in line with Hilton commercial strategies. You will be responsible for handling group and event inquiries, coordinating booking processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from the initial inquiry stage through to confirmation.

You will also support commercial activities by maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to requests, and ensuring all booking information is managed accurately in line with Hilton standards and procedures.
