This clinic is highly efficient with a great referral base from our expansive Family Medicine Clinics, Asst. Living, Skilled Nursing Home and ancillary service lines. Located in Norwalk, Ohio just 20 minutes south of Sandusky s Lake Erie and Cedar Point Amusement Park.

• Monday Friday 8am to 5pm
• Call schedule: currently 1:2 for 7 days, would move to 1:3 upon hiring
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• Must be BC/BE
