This post is to support our specialist Gastroenterology service based here at Northampton General Hospital . The successful candidate will be expected to provide a comprehensive service and the post holder will also help develop this service, as well as being an active member of the wider Gastroenterology team.

The successful applicant will join seven substantive consultants based at Northampton General Hospital, delivering high quality elective and emergency gastroenterology services to the local catchment area. The role will contribute to inpatient and outpatient services, endoscopy provision, and the development of specialist services aligned to departmental and Trust priorities.
