This is a field-based role covering Exeter and nearby areas, focused on service and repair (S&R) work within occupied residential properties.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently on a first-time fix basis where possible
• Deliver high standards of work within social housing environments
