Gardener / Grounds Keeper - Pleystowe Mill

About the role/Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Rail Infrastructure Superintendent, you will have the responsibility of maintaining gardens and lawns at our Pleystowe factory site including its housing estate. You will be a key member of the team, self-motivated and committed to achieving targets in relation to safety, quality and productivity.

As a minimum, you will:

• hold a manual drivers licence;
• hold a licence for preparing and applying chemicals – AC/DC licence; and
• have extensive experience with lawn tractor operations.

It is also preferred that you will hold the relevant qualifications for chain saw operations.

You will be a person that is comfortable with working in a continuous improvement environment, and you will:
