The GaN Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the
development, integration, and production of GaN-based technologies
within a photonic device manufacturing environment. This leadership role defines strategic technology directions, drives innovation in materials and processes, and ensures projects align with business objectives while meeting the highest standards of performance, quality, and reliability.
Operating at the interface of R&D, production, and product development, the GaN Technology Manager leads multidisciplinary teams and works closely with international partners and customers.
