Position Overview
Responsibilities AI-Assisted Development (Vibe Coding) - Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make) to rapidly build prototypes and working solutions
- Refine AI-generated outputs to improve structure, logic, and reliability for real-world use
- Apply judgement on when to prototype, configure, or fully engineer solutions
- Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and production readiness
- Guide stakeholders on transitioning from prototype to production-grade solutions
Low-Code / No-Code Development - Design and configure workflows, forms, and applications using low-code/no-code platforms
- Translate business use cases into functional implementations (e.g. approvals, automation flows)
- Configure data models, business rules, and process logic
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices
