• Strategize and execute the annual audit plan, ensuring timely completion of audit projects and reports in line with Internal Audit standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Lead complex audits with a deep understanding of Wholesale Banking operations and products.
• Assess business risks and controls, recommending practical, business‑focused solutions to enhance risk management and compliance.
• Engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders to communicate audit findings and drive improvements.
• Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure audit recommendations are implemented.
