Hours: 18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE / approximately 2.5 days), with flexible working arrangements available

Location: Hill End Outdoor Education Centre, Oxford (hybrid working available)

Reports to: Centre Director

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 FTE depending on experience (pro rata for 0.5 FTE)

Contract: One-year fixed-term contract, including a three-month probationary period. Subject to funding, there may be scope to extend the role.
