Position Overview
Jobs Responsibilities - Process and execute mutual fund and hedge fund subscription and redemption orders for banking clients.
- Monitor fund transactions and follow up with fund houses and counterparties to ensure timely confirmation of NAVs.
- Liaise with relationship managers, investment advisors and internal teams on fund related operational enquiries.
- Support transaction booking, reconciliation of outstanding orders and resolution of trade exceptions.
- Coordinate with fund houses and custodians for fund setup and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, risk controls and service level standards.
Job Requirements - Prior experience in fund operations, fund administration, investment operations or private banking operations.
