PE - Fund Administration/Operations Associate

Our client is a boutique asset manager, they are looking for a Fund Administration/Operations associate who is familiar with PE fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and fund cash movements
• Review NAVs, financial statements, and investor allocations prepared by fund administrators
• Support quarterly and annual investor reporting
• Maintain fund records, including capital accounts and investor registers
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
• Support transaction execution and funding processes
• Ensure compliance with fund documentation and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience, with a background from Big 4 audit or fund administration
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
