At PwC, our tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, reviewing and analysing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non‑compliance.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set‑up new funds and fund structures in the accounting system in accordance with governing documents (PPM, LPA, etc.).
• Provide accounting/bookkeeping and fund administration service for closed‑ended/evergreen Alternative Investment Funds (private equity, venture capital, real estate, fund‑of‑funds) and family offices.
