Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with a leading private equity firm based in Boca Raton, who is expanding its Financial Services Group after strategically bringing fund accounting in‑house. Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring Fund Accountants (various experience levels) and Junior Corporate Accountants to support fund operations, financial reporting, and corporate accounting functions.
This team currently consists of 7 professionals and is adding additional headcount to support increased fund and portfolio activity. The environment offers strong mentorship, high visibility, and meaningful long‑term career progression within private equity. This position is required to work onsite 5x/week in Boca Raton, FL and we're targeting a base salary of $60K-120K, dependent upon experience, with a discrtionary bonus and benefits package.
