Responsibilities - Should have experience in Banking domain - corporate banking, mobile banking and online banking
- Experience in Chatbot testing (Translating/Localizing Communications, functions and features, and provide localization quality assurance to our websites and app UI (iOS & Android))
- Design and perform functional testing, participate in design & development for test automation, assist business users, perform defect management and root cause analysis.
- Should be familiar with any test case /defect management tool (Confluence / JIRA)
- Native Arabic speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
