We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end analytics, reporting, and operational insights capabilities used across Contact Centers, Branches, Commercial Campaigns, Customer Operations, and Customer Experience domains.
