Due to staff restructuring we are looking to recruit a full‑time receptionist, 37 hours per week.

The role will include dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing mail, booking and cancelling appointments, “signposting” patients to the appropriate service, and other administrative duties.

This role requires excellent communication and IT skills. You must be able to work under pressure, adapt in a busy and unpredictable environment whilst upholding patient confidentiality at all times. You will be joining a friendly, helpful, well established team with on‑the‑job training and support. Previous experience in a public facing role is essential however on‑the‑job training is provided.
