Job Description:
Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols of interior and exterior areas, including in inclement weatherRespond to emergency, medical, and fire incidents while remaining calm and professionalPerform Patient Watch, investigate routine incidents, and enforce parking, smoking, and site by-lawsMaintain accurate reports and notes for incidents and end-of-shift documentationApply advanced de-escalation skills and enforce site policies, rules, and regulationsWork independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and support site operationsPresent a professional presence, uphold client and company expectations, and perform additional duties as assignedQualifications:
