Full-Time Dental Receptionist Opportunity

New Era Dentist is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced full‑time Dental Receptionist to join our team in Maple Ridge, BC. We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of dental reception experience in Canada who is confident managing front desk operations in a busy dental practice.

This position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, with 2 Saturdays per month. Our clinic is closed on long weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Process payments, insurance information, and patient records accurately
• Coordinate with the clinical team to help ensure a smooth daily schedule
