Position Overview
Enhance customer satisfaction as a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative with EssilorLuxottica. Provide expert support, build customer relationships, and ensure service excellence.
In this role, you will work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, focusing on improving the customer experience. You’ll answer questions, provide technical support, and collaborate with the sales team, ensuring customers are informed of any order changes. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be vital to effectively handle customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries about products and technical support
• Inform customers of any order changes and solutions
• Advise on product alternatives when out of stock
• Collaborate closely with the sales team on customer issues
• Manage customer files and monitor overdue orders
