Position Overview
Job Description - Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including v60 and espresso with precision and consistency.
- Prepare and serve high quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day operations.
Requirements - 5 day work week
- Availability on at least 1 weekend
- Proficient in English
- Proactive, with a strong bias toward action
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
