Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant. Lead and monitor service staff to ensure high-quality customer service. Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement team. Ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in accordance with company policies
Requirements Minimum
4 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry , with at least
2 years in a supervisory role . Experience in
high-volume restaurant operations
is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work
long hours, weekends, and public holidays
