GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for the facilitation and execution of the requisite activities related to account opening, client and advisor support, and FTWA operational processes. This role will be a client-facing and operations role, assisting Investment Advisor Teams, Client Service Officers, and the Investment and Operations teams working with clients to obtain the required information and documentation needed to facilitate the account opening process and conversion to FTWA platforms and systems.
