About the role

Frontline Station Support Officer – Queenstown. Based at Queenstown, Band D, Police Employee Permanent – Full Time. Shift work: day and late shifts, including rostered weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Managing challenging situations involving members of the public in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner.
  • Management and security of exhibits and lost and found property.
  • Recording complaints from members of the public, answering general inquiries and performing reception duties, including managing contractor/visitor access.
  • Processing alcohol applications in a timely manner.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with external agencies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
