Position Overview

Responsibilities:
Front Office & Client Management:

  • Manage clients’ calendars and appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Interact with clients and clearly explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and schemes.
  • Handle client grievances professionally and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Introduce and promote the latest organizational offers and schemes to clients.
Billing, Records & Reporting:
  • Perform analysis, billing, and invoicing activities accurately.
  • ⁠Maintain patient records in both physical files and computer systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    Analyze data and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Pharmacy & Inventory Management:
•⁠ ⁠Manage pharmacy operations and maintain adequate inventory levels.
