Position Overview
Job Description
- Deliver professional and friendly guest service across check-in, check-out and throughout the guest stay
- Respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate posting of charges and timely billing
- Handle incoming calls and communications in a professional manner, directing enquiries as required
- Maintain clear communication between guests and hotel departments to support smooth operations
- Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience
- Assist with reservations, room allocations and maintaining accurate guest information in the system
- Monitor daily operations, complete shift checklists and report any issues to management
