As Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Vertiv. It will be your primary responsibility to greet all clients and visitors in person and over the phone, assisting them with any appropriate information that they need whilst also maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -
- Management of a multi-line switchboard dealing with calls politely and professionally, forwarding calls to respective personnel and departments as required.
- Greeting of Visitors, Clients, and Contractors professionally and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
- Responsibility for managing Meeting Room System and organizing Client Refreshments etc.
