Front of House Manager
High-Volume, Upper-Casual Restaurant 
Palm Beach Florida
This is a hands-on floor leadership role, not a desk job.
The operation needs a Front of House Manager who can run service, set the tone, and hold standards when it matters most.
What You Will Own

Leading the dining room during peak service

Coaching and correcting in real time

Scheduling, labor control, and floor execution

Guest recovery and service flow

Enforcing standards consistently and professionally

Working in lockstep with the GM and Executive Chef

Service runs smoothly without escalation.

The team knows expectations.

FOH and BOH operate as one unit.
