Responsible for delivery of work from a
squad. Should have played Lead or
Principal Engineer role.
Understand requirements and put
together solution to meet requirements
Develop mobile banking app in React-
Native, or Native technologies meeting
quality and timeliness goals.
Review team code
Ensure adequate documentation included
in code for future maintainability
Continuously develop self Mobile app
development capability in line with
improvements / changes in technology

Plan squad work in Jira, lead daily
scrums, resolve blockers for the team
Solution and develop user stories, with
considerations of security and code
quality
Complete unit testing
Review team code
Mentor junior members of the team
End-to-end ownership
