What you’ll be doing

• Build a Front-End Development Squad and participate in developing our platform, including design, implementation, and deployment of features and improvements.
• Move fast, understand multiple platforms we work with, and automate the interaction between recruiters and candidates.
• Identify, propose, and implement improvements in core infrastructure and architecture; train new team members in best practices for software development, testing, and documentation.
• Work cross‑functionally to set and execute business and product strategy and roadmap by building an interactive platform for users to manage their hiring process.
