What will you do in this job?
Assist with management of all aspects of Front Desk operations: Scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, etc..Act as an example of excellent guest service for the teamCommunicate effectively with all departments & managers to ensure coordination with arrivals, departures, guest needs, etcMay be asked to attend weekly manager meetingsRegister and assign rooms to guests, maintaining knowledge of availability for walk-in guestsCommunicate with housekeeping to update the status of room readines...
