Our client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to become Temp to Hire for the right candidate. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM and it is offering $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet Visitors
  • Operate switchboard/transfer calls to the appropriate departments
  • Sort and deliver mail
  • Maintain conference schedules
  • Additional office support duties as needed

    • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Reception experience with a multi-line phone system preferred
  • Previous experience with Outlook preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication
