Requirement
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is highly preferred.
Minimum 1β2 years of experience in hospitality management, ideally within luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium service environments.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling cash or payment processing is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, βcan-doβ attitude.
Strong computer proficiency, including:
Calendar management
Accurate data entry
Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with reservation or membership management systems
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
