You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a positive and professional experience while supporting daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

+ Greet visitors and manage front desk reception

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

+ Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed

+ Maintain a clean, organized reception area

+ Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
