Core Responsibilities
+ Visitor Management: Welcome guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
+ Communication: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to general email/phone inquiries.
+ Scheduling: Manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate conference room usage for meetings.
+ Clerical Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
