Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer the screen and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain office supplies and reception area cleanliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Intermediate or secondary education in any discipline.
- Both fresher or experienced as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills....
