The Front Desk Attendant welcomes members into the club. This individual serves as the critical first impression as people enter the club and is invaluable in problem solving, assisting where needed, and helping to manage the flow of communication in the club.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests as they enter and leave the club.
- Monitor incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist in managing reservations for restaurants, rooms, and events
- Coordinate incoming mail, packages, and shipments
- Assist members & guest with parking related questions. Enter permanent and temporary vehicles into Offstreet. Bill members for guest parking accordingly.
- Monitor athletic activity. Make sure members are scanning in and guest/ reciprocal members are signing in and paying the athletic guest fees.
- Report any accidents or injuries to directors immediately via email.
