We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, Tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist with strong sales orientation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient registration, and enquiries via phone, email, and walk ins.
- Manage clinic’s reception area to ensure a pleasant and professional environment.
- Proactively promote TCM services, packages, and memberships to patients.
- Educate patients on available treatments and wellness programmes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships, packages, and products.
- Follow up with patients to encourage return visits and package renewals.
