Position Overview

Fresh Food Advisor & Food Trainer – Dublin

As Fresh Food Advisor & Food Trainer, you will support fresh food departments across the estate by embedding best‑practice operational standards and delivering high‑quality training. You will play a key role in ensuring fresh food counters consistently deliver an excellent customer experience while operating efficiently and compliantly.


Salary: €55k plus bonus


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, define and implement efficient operational frameworks across new and existing fresh food counters

  • Embed consistent, repeatable standards that deliver a high-quality customer experience

  • Challenge and refine proposed operational standards, collaborating cross‑functionally to identify practical solutions

  • Update, replace and standardise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Provide hands‑on operational and training support to stores where required
