Freight Coordinator

Freight Coordinator responsible for managing the shipment of goods on behalf of customers, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process, primarily for Sea and Air freights.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the freight forwarding process including arranging shipments and managing all relevant documentation.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status.
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite to support operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience within transport, especially sea and airfreight operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
