Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Chemical, Engineer or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
