Job Description:
· Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting
· Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and provide insights
· Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis
· Partner with business teams to support cost control and performance tracking
· Support management and investor presentations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· 4–5 years of hands-on FP&A experience
· Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
· Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP/BI tools preferred
· CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
