**Resp & Qualifications**

**PURPOSE:**
The Consultant, Financial Planning & Analysis will play a critical role in the analysis and execution of a wide range of strategic initiatives across the organization. The role is part of the FP&A strategic finance team; supports leaders by reporting on and reviewing a business unit's performance; partners with business stakeholders to gather and vet business case assumptions and underlying rationale.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ Responsible for contribution to the development and analytical review of quarterly planning and budgeting. Advises region/ business unit leaders on strategic fiscal matters to facilitate financial management throughout the organization. Participate in regular meetings with leadership to review financial results in their area and act as an internal consultant on interpreting financial results, analyzing variances and improving performance.
