Stage: Seed-funded, pre-launch AI Legal Tech startup

We're partnered with a seed‑funded, regulated AI legal tech startup as they build out their Founding Engineering team. They're months from launch and building something with genuine category‑defining ambition.

This is a business at a real inflection point. Regulation is being finalised, the product is near‑launch ready, and they're now looking for company hire #4 and their first Senior/Lead Software Engineer to own the technical architecture of a product that will handle millions of pounds in client funds.

You’ll work directly alongside the founding team in a regulated, high‑stakes environment where your engineering decisions have a genuine impact on how the end user interacts with the product.
