The Role:

We’re hiring our Founding Marketer to build and own the entire marketing function at MAAT.

This role isn’t for everyone. You’re not here to “do ads” or “manage social”.

You’re here to build a function from scratch to drive revenue and establish MAAT’s brand in core markets.

• Generate pipeline through established channels
• Run new experiments for brand awareness and lead gen
• Build, analyze and improve conversion funnels

You will own both execution and strategy from day one.
