• Build the GTM machine/ Automate the repeatable bits — onboarding flows, internal tooling, customer-facing utilities. Replace ten hours of manual work with one good script.
• Run the trial/ Own technical trials end-to-end. Configure environments, build POCs, and turn interesting demos into we have to have this moments.
