About The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior, hands‑on commercial leader to become our Founding Enterprise Sales Lead — the person who will build and scale expandev's sales and marketing engine to drive accelerated, predictable growth — as an owner, with equity participation to match. This is not a traditional sales role. We need someone who can sell and build the sales system at the same time: prospect, qualify, run consultative discovery, manage complex enterprise deals, and document the playbook — working shoulder to shoulder with the founder.

Responsibilities

Commercial leadership & orchestration
  • Own the commercial engine end to end, coordinating Marketing and SDR effort to feed and accelerate the pipeline.
  • Provide structured market feedback to the product and founding teams.
