The Work

This role puts you at the center of one of the most meaningful intersections in child welfare: the space between where a child is and where they deserve to be. You’ll carry a caseload of children placed in foster homes across Bay, Saginaw and Midland counties — meeting each child face-to-face every month, learning their story, and making sure their care plan actually reflects their life.
