JOB DESCRIPTION:
Helping Hand Home is the oldest continuously operating residential childcare agency in Travis County and a priceless resource kept strong and viable through community support. For over 130 years, Helping Hand Home for Children’s mission is to bring hope and healing to children and families through a continuum of trauma-informed, therapeutic care including residential, foster, adoption, and support services.
The Foster Care Case Manager monitors assigned foster homes and the delivery of services to assigned children in the foster care program. Ensures that foster homes continue to meet State licensing, program (LOS) and contract standards. Ensures that assigned foster care records contain appropriate documentation, provides liaison with referral sources, providers and consultants.
