Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from initial prototype to stable production
• Build full‑stack systems that deliver customer value and provide insights for model improvement
• Embed closely with customer teams to understand needs and guide the adoption of new solutions
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and proactively remove technical or operational blockers
• Make critical trade‑offs between scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery timelines
• Contribute directly to production‑grade code when necessary to ensure progress
• Codify working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks
• Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to influence the product roadmap
