WHAT YOU'LL DO - Walk into business units, diagnose operational problems, and identify where AI creates measurable value
- Build working prototypes — LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG systems, AI copilots, document intelligence tools
- Validate impact with real users, then take successful solutions into production with engineering and architecture teams
- Define success metrics before building. Measure adoption, time saved, revenue impact, cost reduction
- Kill weak ideas early. Scale strong ones
